What does "healthy eating" mean?

Want to get peak performance, whether it's in the gym, in the classroom, or wherever? How does what you eat affect you? Go to www.nwtfoodsurvey.ca and fill out a short survey.  It will take about 7-10 minutes to complete.  There are two surveys one, for adults (20+) and another for youth (13 - 19).  The surveys close February 28, 2010.  At the end of the survey you can enter a draw for prizes.
